Senior Principal Consultant, Fullstack Tech Lead

As a Senior Principal Consultant, Fullstack Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge technology solutions that drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, architect, and implement scalable and secure systems that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of fullstack technology solutions, including design, architecture, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop technology solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in areas such as API, Microservices development, and integration using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our technology solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, and mentor them in their professional development.

Qualifications:

  • BE/ B Tech/ MCA or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills.
  • Experience in software development, including architecting, designing, and coding.
  • Strong expertise in API, Microservices development, and integration using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js.
  • Experience with OAuth and event-driven/messaging architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of modern digital architecture (cloud, containers, messaging, and microservices).
  • Strong experience in DevOps pipeline, CI/CD, and related tools.
  • Expert in agile practices for software development.
  • Kubernetes experience is critical.
  • Azure API management is a preference.
  • Azure development experience is a preference.
  • Knowledge of Fraud applications and functionality would be a bonus.
