Job Summary

Genpact is seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Consultant, Fullstack Tech Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge technology solutions and driving innovation in our industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of fullstack technology solutions, leveraging expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage synergies across various areas, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of emerging technologies, market conditions, and their impact on our business, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
  • Participate in the development of migration, conversion, and implementation strategies, ensuring all technical solutions meet business requirements.
  • Liaise with testing partners to assist in developing test strategies, test cases, and provide user documentation, user training, and post-implementation support.
Requirements
  • BE/B Tech/MCA or equivalent degree.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong expertise in API, Microservices development, and integration using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js.
  • Experience with OAuth and event-driven/messaging architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of modern digital architecture, including cloud, containers, messaging, and microservices.
  • Strong experience in DevOps pipeline, CI/CD, and related tools.
  • Expert in agile practices for software development.
  • Kubernetes experience is critical.
  • Azure API management and Azure development experience are preferred.
