Job Opportunity: Senior Principal Consultant, Fullstack Tech Lead

Genpact, a global professional services and solutions firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Consultant, Fullstack Tech Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge technology solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage synergies across various areas, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results.
  3. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant business needs and emerging technologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  4. Provide expert guidance and consultation on risk issues related to engineering technology and tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  5. Participate in the development of migration, conversion, and implementation strategies, ensuring all technical solutions meet business requirements.
  6. Liaise with testing partners to assist in developing test strategies, test cases, perform testing, and provide user documentation, user training, and post-implementation support.
  7. Collaborate with business leaders, IT professionals, and vendors to ensure effective communication, problem escalation, and resolution.

Requirements:

  1. BE/ B Tech/ MCA or equivalent degree.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in software development, including architecting, designing, and coding.
  2. Strong expertise in API, Microservices development and integration using Java/Spring Boot, Node.js.
  3. Experience with OAuth and event-driven/messaging architectures.
  4. Strong knowledge of modern digital architecture (cloud, containers, messaging, and microservices).
  5. Strong experience in DevOps pipeline, CI/CD, and related tools.
  6. Expert in agile practices for software development.
  7. Kubernetes experience is critical.
  8. Azure API management is a preference.
  9. Azure development experience is a preference.
  10. Knowledge of fraud applications and functionality would be a bonus.
