About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mobility Solutions Coordinator to lead our efforts in supervising technical publications and training activities for multiple projects simultaneously. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating staff performance. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising technical publications work, including planning daily and weekly meetings, performance indicators, and subcontracting, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Managing training-related work, including planning, coordination of travel, logistics courses, and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and customers to meet customer expectations while aligning with Alstom's objectives.
  • Participating in staff organization, overseeing training, facilitating development, and managing succession planning.
  • Evaluating staff performance, identifying talent, and meeting candidates to fill open positions.

You will analyze customer requirements, participate in bid preparation, and ensure accurate documentation. As our ideal candidate, you possess:

  • A college degree or higher, with project management experience and relevant skills in negotiation, planning, and staff supervision.
