Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and performing same duties as workers supervised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Perform same duties as workers supervised
- Prepare and submit reports
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Provide information regarding features of rooms, service of hotel and points of interest
Requirements:
- 5 years or more of experience in the hotel and catering industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
