Administrative Assistant Role at RENAULT CONSTRUCTION LTD.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at RENAULT CONSTRUCTION LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing the flow of information within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Direct and control daily operations
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 37.5 hours per week
