Job Summary:

Fairview Junior High is seeking a skilled and dedicated Educational Program Assistant to join their team.

Rate of Pay:

The starting annual salary for a 100% position is $35,817.70, including 4% vacation pay. Rates are based on a five-step scale with step increases occurring annually.

EPAs are paid every two weeks with the annual salary paid across 12 months (August 1st to July 31st) for working a 10-month school year.

The annual salary for term positions less than a school year is pro-rated over the length of the term.

Daily Hours of Work:

50% Position = 3.5 hours (includes one 15-minute paid break).

80% Position = 6.1 hours (includes 1/2 hour unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks).

100% Position = 7.5 hours (includes 1/2 hour unpaid lunch and two 15-minute paid breaks).
