About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Child and Youth Worker at Binkadi Community Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and address the needs of clients in group homes and half-way houses
  • Develop and implement life skills workshops to promote independence and well-being
  • Provide crisis intervention and suicide prevention support
  • Supervise activities and implement behaviour management programs
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • First Aid and CPR certification
