Affinity Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS) is a leading provider of janitorial and building services in Canada, with over 150 employees and a presence across the country. We are seeking an experienced Management Leader to join our team as Vice President of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage operational leadership teams to execute strategic plans and achieve profit objectives
  • Coordinate the implementation of operational policies and practices throughout the organization
  • Plan, direct, and implement strategic changes in operations strategy company-wide
  • Direct and encourage operational leadership team members in continuous improvement processes

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a commercial janitorial, facilities services, or similar service-based industry
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead a decentralized workforce and multiple customers
  • University/College Degree
  • P&L Management

The successful candidate will receive a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
