SAP is a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, and we're looking for a highly skilled North America Field Business Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our end-to-end deal operational process for specific deal motions in the North America region.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding deals through the quote-to-booking process, working closely with our sales team to ensure timely and accurate completion of work deliverables. You will also be responsible for processing stakeholder requests, completing required inputs, and partnering with various teams to support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the end-to-end deal operational process for SAP select deal motions based on complexity and thresholds.
  • Process stakeholder requests and complete required inputs in Harmony/CRM Opportunities, Quotations, and Order Forms.
  • Partner with Industry AE's, Commercial Finance, Legal/Contracting, Centralized Deal Support (CDS) & Order-to-Invoice (O2I) Teams to support the sales process.
  • Comply with operational procedures, including sales, delivery, financial, and legal requirements.
  • Provide active quarter-end and year-end close deal support to the sales community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience working in a Sales Operations or Deal Support capacity.
  • Experience with sales and deal processes involving Private and Public Cloud, and other complex Cloud deal motions (preferred).
  • Extremely detailed-oriented, organized, and effective communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Working experience within a shared service center environment (preferred).
  • Background in sales and quoting/deal processing.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), as well as experience with DocuSign.
  • CPQ/Callidus/CRM tool and experience with SAP systems is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work in local office three days/week (according to North America Flex Work Policy); other days can be virtual.
  • Flexibility to work varied business hours to support the North America Business (time zone and holidays), especially at quarter and year-end.

Pay Transparency

SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 76400 - 129900(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
