We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Administrator to join our Banking team at Best Buy. As an Accounting Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Private Label credit cards reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely payment processing for all relevant transactions
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and variances
  • Prepare and post journal entries to write off reconciling variances and record other corrections as required
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and 3rd party payment providers to ensure payment variances are investigated and resolved

Requirements

  • 2+ years of office-related experience
  • Diploma in Accounting or Business
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and MS office applications
