Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at NOVA ACCOUNTING INC. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Fast-paced environment
- Work under pressure
- Tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Large workload
- Efficient interpersonal skills

- Reliability
Working Conditions:
- 40 hours per week
