Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training sessions for barbers across our locations, ensuring consistency and quality in service.
  • Lead workshops, seminars, and presentations with confidence and clarity.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the barbering industry.
  • Embody the culture and standards of Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop, promoting a positive and professional image.
  • Demonstrate and teach men's haircuts and styles with expertise.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of active barber training experience.
  • Comfortable and skilled in public speaking and presenting.
  • Disciplined, open to learning, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • A strong understanding and representation of a barbershop environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills to plan and structure training sessions effectively.
