The Role

In this role, you will develop complex question-answer pairs and create scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade the quality of responses. Your work will involve:

  • Generating prompts that challenge the AI and are likely to produce incorrect responses.
  • Defining comprehensive scoring criteria for evaluating the correctness of the AI's answers.
  • Correcting the AI's responses based on domain-specific knowledge.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Economics.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in relevant fields such as Behavioral Economics, Econometrics, Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Development Economics, International Economics, Labor Economics, Environmental Economics, Health Economics, or Public Economics.
  • An advanced level of English (C1) or above.
  • The ability to learn new methods, switch between tasks and topics quickly, and work with challenging guidelines.

Compensation
