Chief Executive Officer

EOCP is seeking a visionary leader to drive the organization's strategic goals and ensure its continued success. As Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the certification programs, building key relationships, and inspiring a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the organization's strategic plan, establishing long-term goals and driving strategic initiatives for growth and innovation.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including Water Professionals International (WPI), and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of certification programs to maintain high standards and improve quality.
  • Act as a liaison with WPI for exam development and manage reciprocity agreements with other provinces.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of EOCP's certification and classification programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business, environmental science).
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in a related field, preferably within the water/wastewater industry.
  • Strong business management acumen and understanding of strategic planning.
  • Strong project management skills, able to guide projects from inception to completion.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and experience in driving customer management initiatives.
  • Proven track record in building and leading high-performance teams.
