- Select middle managers, or other executive staff members who align with company values and goals.
- Oversee the planning and execution of construction projects across various areas, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Implement effective project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and minimize risks.
- Develop project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards across all projects.
- Foster positive relationships with clients by providing excellent service, addressing concerns, and ensuring project deliverables meet their expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, including production, project/construction management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a middle manager in construction or project management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Proven track record of overseeing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion.
- Demonstrated ability to set clear objectives and manage multiple departments.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and industrial construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Ability to implement effective project management methodologies and optimize resource utilization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mitigate risks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage subcontractors and vendors.
