Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team at Ash Grove Cement, a CRH company, in the Oakville/Mississauga area. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for providing electrical maintenance to our plant equipment, including diagnosis, removal, replacement, and installation of various components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair electrical issues in plant equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently
  • Work with outside vendors and outsourced contractors to resolve electrical issues
  • Collaborate with production operators to ensure equipment is functioning properly
Requirements
  • Valid Electrical Certificate of Qualification (309A or 442A)
  • Proof of Apprenticeship
  • Experience working with PLCs, instrumentation, motors & motor controls, relays, and transformers
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing operations
  • Valid Drivers Licence
