Senior Project Manager and Estimator Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager/Estimator to join our team at Todd Brothers Contracting Limited. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in estimating, preferably in Civil Construction.
Job Description- Oversee projects from initial tender to final completion.
- Manage project lifecycle, including tendering, cost estimation, and execution according to project specifications, scope, and timelines.
- Ensure highest standards of quality and safety while meeting client and consultant expectations.
- Actively pursue quoting opportunities and review project specifications in detail.
- Create accurate and detailed cost estimates using SharpeSoft, manage project budgets, and track financial performance.
- Work closely with Management to schedule, prepare for, and execute awarded projects.
- Communicate project details and expectations with operations manager and site foremen.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- 10 Years of experience in estimating, preferably in Civil Construction.
- Appropriate post-secondary education in construction estimation, engineering, or another relevant field.
- Ability to be a team player, make a great impression, and create and maintain excellent working relationships with Engineering Teams, Customers, Suppliers, Sub Contractors, and Co-Workers.
- Highly organized self-starter with ability to manage and be accountable for multiple projects.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365.
- Valid and in good standing Ontario Drivers License.
