This is a full-time position that reports directly to the [Manager's Name]. The successful candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in a related technology role with commensurate people management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all technology components of diverse, moderately complex IT projects, including project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost.
  • Utilize expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met.
  • Communicate with end-users to provide timely and accurate information and status updates.
  • Contribute to formulation of strategies for IT project leadership and other functional areas.
  • Evaluate subordinates' performance and make decisions on pay increases, hiring, terminations, and other personnel actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree.
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills to persuade and influence others.
  • Ability to assess risk when business decisions are made and demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.
Salary Estimate:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 based on industry standards and location.
