Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, determining their needs and preferences
  • Select products that best match customers' lifestyles and interests
  • Closing sales deals by following company sales processes and procedures
  • Utilize CRM system to improve sales productivity and product knowledge
  • Achieve minimum gross profits and number of units sold targets as set by Management
Requirements:
  • Sales Consultant experience preferred (RVs, Cars, Boats, Furniture, Real Estate)
  • Valid Sales License (VSA), or willingness to obtain it
  • Basic understanding of Email, Microsoft Word, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation and closing skills
  • Strong team player
