Housekeeping Attendant Part Time

As a Housekeeping Attendant with AccorHotel, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a clean and comfortable stay. Your attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service will make a lasting impression on our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms to the highest standards
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests to provide a personalized experience
  • Take ownership of guests' privacy and belongings while ensuring exceptional service
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Report any maintenance defects or issues to the Housekeeping team
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies

Physical Aspects of the Position:

  • Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting

Requirements:

  • Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs while being professional and welcoming
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Strong physical condition required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly responsible and reliable
