Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a clean and comfortable stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Take initiative to add a personalized touch to guest rooms, such as leaving a welcome note or arranging flowers.
  • Ensure that guest rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities and that any maintenance issues are reported promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and ready for occupancy.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and healthy environment for guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
