About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Programmer to join our team at Aimlsavy Incorporated. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Write, modify, integrate, and test software code to meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Software Maintenance: Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required to ensure they continue to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Technical Communication: Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software applications.
  • Requirements Gathering: Assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements to ensure software applications meet the needs of our clients.
  • Specifications Development: Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications for software applications.
  • Research and Evaluation: Research and evaluate a variety of software products to identify the best solutions for our clients.
  • Specialized Programming: Program animation software to predefined specifications for interactive CDs, DVDs, video game cartridges, and Internet-based applications.
  • Special Effects Programming: Program special effects software for film and video applications.
  • E-commerce and Internet Applications: Write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other Internet applications.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure they are satisfied with our software applications.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in software development.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
