Toronto Based Junior Marketing Specialist: Audience Engagement

We're a media outlet and conference series dedicated to exploring innovative ways for companies to build stronger relationships with their employees, customers, and communities.
Our mission is to help businesses deliver on their promise of putting people first, from day one.
The RoleWe're expanding our live events to Canada and need a Junior Marketing Specialist to help us build our network and recruit Canadian partners.
You'll contribute to audience development by developing strategies and meeting audience targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement audience marketing campaigns
- Conduct web research to identify opportunities for audience growth
- Work with our CRO and VP Sales on marketing tactics and creative
- Develop and communicate strategies for audience development and meet targets
- Promote our company name and mission in the conference space
- 4-year college/university degree at minimum
- Minimum 3 years of full-time, professional post-graduation experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Excel preferred
- Full-time salaried position with a starting salary of $70,000 CAD per year

- Remote work option with occasional meetings in the greater Toronto area
