Job Description

THINK LOCAL INC. is seeking a highly skilled Network Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, managing telecommunication traffic supervisors and staff, and ensuring compliance with telecommunications regulations and directives of government regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient network operations
  • Manage a team of telecommunication traffic supervisors and staff to ensure seamless network performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage contracts with telecommunication providers to ensure optimal network performance
  • Oversee the preparation of reports to track network performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Advise senior management on network-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and directives of government regulatory agencies
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful network operations
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily network operations to ensure optimal performance
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week
