About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Beverage Server Associate to provide exceptional customer service to our residents and guests. As a server, you will be responsible for delivering menu items, beverages, and exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Describe menu items and daily specials to customers
  • Provide recommendations on menu selections
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Provide customer service
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; experience an asset
  • Ability to work in an urban area and a retirement home setting
  • Physically demanding job requiring standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling
  • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills
  • Client-focused, reliable, and a team player
Working Conditions

This part-time role requires working up to 40 hours per week. The salary for this position is estimated to be $18-22 per hour based on industry standards and location.
