We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our construction team as a Construction Site Assistant. This role involves assisting in various aspects of construction site operations, including material handling, equipment maintenance, and site cleanliness.

The Job

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings and cleaning up debris.
  • Tending or feeding machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong physical presence with the ability to lift heavy loads and work in challenging environments.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to follow instructions and work well under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of construction safety procedures and protocols.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and situations.
