Job Title: Hairdressing Salon Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairdressing Salon Supervisor to join our team at STRAIGHT 8 BARBERS LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to our team of hairdressers and barbers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of the salon, including haircuts, color treatments, and customer service.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop our team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to provide the best possible service to our clients.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all clients receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of communication
  • 40 hours per week

Working Conditions:
