Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Surveillance Supervisor to join our team at CB Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing leadership and guidance to surveillance officers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and Supervision: Monitor the day-to-day activities of surveillance officers, verify timesheets, and provide input for performance evaluations.
  • Incident Reporting: Document and report violations, large cash/cash equivalent transactions, excluded and self-excluded guests, and unauthorized access.
  • Maintenance and Logistics: Maintain logs, prepare daily reports, store records securely for evidence purposes, monitor and document surveillance facility and equipment conditions, and perform preventative maintenance as required.
  • Training and Development: Train new team members and communicate effectively with operational departments.
  • Customer Service: Build strong working relationships with guests and team members, ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and manage other incentives as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma, post-secondary education in criminology or a suitable combination of education and experience is an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of surveillance or security experience, minimum 1 year of supervisory experience, gaming experience preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
Work Environment:
  • Physical Demands: Secure back office environment, sitting for long periods, watching footage for extended periods, non-traditional work hours.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
