Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Security Manager to join our team at Regent Security Services. Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule work effectively to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime
  • Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, providing technical advice and guidance to resolve issues promptly
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and product quality, identifying and addressing potential problems proactively
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing coaching and training to ensure they meet performance expectations
Requirements
  • Security Guard License
  • 1-7 months of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment opportunity with 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
