Onsite Service Specialist Role

The successful candidate will assist in the pre-implementation and implementation process for new KeepStock installations, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on customer training and activities related to inventory management, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.
This is a salaried position with a competitive salary range of $58,830 - $66,000. As a key member of our team, you will be eligible for bonuses and rewards, reflecting your contributions to our organization's success.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing machine break/fix activities, implementing territory work, collecting data to inform inventory projects, and covering PTO for On Site Service Representatives. You will also handle escalations issues, support system project implementation, and provide feedback to supervisors on OSR performance.
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or warehouse environments
- Proven technical and operational skills, including handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A valid driver's license and ability to use personal vehicle for transportation (with valid insurance meeting Grainger's standards)
