Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Fast Food Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are adequately trained and prepared for their shifts.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods, walking, and attention to detail.
