Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Fast Food Restaurant.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. The work environment will be standing for extended periods, walking, and attention to detail.
