Key Responsibilities:

  • Review Meeting Minutes and stakeholder presentation content for accuracy and quality
  • Manage stakeholder meetings to ensure timely engagement-related milestones
  • Coordinate stakeholder comments with the Client's Technical Advisor and project delivery team
  • Follow up with Clients on submittal reviews, approvals, and action items
  • Oversee records of stakeholder Request for Information (RFI) to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Review stakeholder invoices
  • Support design review coordination and stakeholder requirements collection

Requirements:

  • Adept written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management and business process management expertise
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Familiarity with Unifier is a plus
  • Knowledge of transit, transportation, and urban planning principles
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure megaprojects
  • College diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent
  • Transit-related project experience

Compensation and Benefits: The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 annually, depending on location and qualifications. Morrison Hershfield, now Stantec, offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
