About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead, Game Producer to join our team at Prodigy Education. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our games, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile Teams: You will lead agile teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality games that meet our business objectives.
  • Manage Project Resources: You will be responsible for managing project resources, including budget, timeline, and team members, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and Refine Processes: You will develop and refine processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and increase productivity.
  • Manage Risk and Uncertainty: You will identify and mitigate risks and uncertainties that may impact project delivery, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coach and Mentor Team Members: You will coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and improve their performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: You have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Agile Methodologies: You have experience working with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and are proficient in using agile tools and techniques.
  • Project Management: You have strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication, and are able to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaboration: You are a collaborative leader who is able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
