As a Senior Game Production Manager, you will take the lead in guiding the production team and serve as a producer for agile, multi-disciplinary teams to achieve remarkable outcomes. Your strong communication abilities will be crucial in promoting collaboration and ensuring clear dialogue while driving strategic initiatives and optimizing processes. Your proficiency in resource management, risk mitigation, and aligning efforts across departments will be essential in delivering top-notch gaming experiences.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a player-coach, leading the production team while mentoring and encouraging collaboration among all producers. Your responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring operational efficiency across the game studio
  • Managing and enhancing the team's agile workflow and organization
  • Defining and refining the studio's planning processes and strategies
  • Setting and elevating operational standards across production practices
  • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely feature delivery
  • Collaborating within a cross-functional team environment with developers, designers, and QA
  • Fostering a player-centered team culture with a shared vision
  • Leading initiatives in partnership with the agile organization to enhance production processes and interdepartmental communication
  • Supporting your squad while also assisting other producers with their teams
  • Conducting quarterly planning sessions

About You

  • Excellent communicator capable of advocating for solutions with senior leadership and across functions
  • Extensive experience in project planning and management, risk assessment, and plan updates in an agile setting
  • Proven track record in designing and steering large teams towards operational excellence while securing buy-in
  • Experience in resource management, including allocation, forecasting needs, and resolving blockers
  • Leadership experience in managing production teams and promoting collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team within a free-to-play mobile game context
  • Expertise in defining and refining planning processes and strategies
  • In-depth understanding of the game feature development lifecycle from pre-production to post-launch
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools
  • Experienced in change management, successfully guiding teams through transitions and transformations
  • Strong capability in leading and mentoring team members, fostering their skills and professional growth
