ADP WFM Capacity Planning Business Analyst

ADP is hiring a WFM Capacity Planning Business Analyst.

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the success of our Workforce Management (WFM) Capacity Planning initiative.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business requirements for WFM capacity planning.
  • Develop and maintain business cases to support the implementation of WFM capacity planning solutions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of WFM capacity planning solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement.
  • Strong understanding of WFM concepts and principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
