Liquor Store Manager

Squires Four Cold Beer & Wine Store is seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Manager to lead our retail team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor and wine store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, assigning duties and tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity, informing our merchandise and pricing strategies.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the products and services to be sold, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection for our customers.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or liquor store management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
