Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience, including enforcing hotel policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of hotel supplies and amenities to ensure they are readily available for guests.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Outlook and other hotel management software.
Work Environment

The Guest Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests and staff members on a regular basis. The successful candidate will be able to work in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
