Senior GPU Server Engineer for Reliability

We are seeking a skilled Senior GPU Server Engineer to join our team in developing and testing innovative and complex GPU servers with liquid cooling.
About the Role:
- Lead reliability analysis and collaborate with design teams to ensure products meet reliability specifications.
- Define reliability testing strategies, plans, and conduct tests.
- Perform stress-based MTBF analysis, providing initial reliability predictions.
- Coordinate third-party performance and regulatory testing.
- Conduct failure analysis and generate reports.
- Develop design guidelines based on run-to-failure testing and stress vs strength analysis.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance product development efficiency through improved durability test methodology.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in reliability analysis, prediction methods, and accelerated life testing and design.
- Familiarity with Reliability Block Diagrams (RBD), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), De-rating, reparable, and life analysis.
- Experience with environmental and reliability testing, including vibration, shock, drop, storage, HALT/HASS, acoustic, and RVI testing.
Bonus Points:
- Proficiency in reliability data analysis software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Estimate:
We estimate this role to be around $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
