Job Title: Commercial Property Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Property Coordinator to join our team at Killam Apartment REIT. As a key member of our office, you will play a vital role in supporting our commercial property operations and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and develop marketing materials, campaigns, and loyalty programs to promote our properties and services.
  • Plan and execute events, sales promotions, and community activities to engage with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with sponsors on marketing initiatives and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Address tenant issues, manage leases, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist tenants with promotions and marketing efforts, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Oversee the customer service booth staff and report on marketing campaign results, traffic counts, and customer satisfaction surveys.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in property management or marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with strong customer service skills.
  • Experience in property management industry is an asset, as is knowledge of Yardi property management software.
