Job Title: Commercial Property Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Property Coordinator to join our team at Killam Apartment REIT. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for supporting our property management and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and develop marketing materials, campaigns, and loyalty programs to promote our properties and services.
  • Plan and execute events, including holiday celebrations, sales promotions, and community events, to engage with tenants and build brand awareness.
  • Manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses and providing regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with sponsors on marketing initiatives and develop relationships with vendors and contractors.
  • Address tenant issues and manage leases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Assist tenants with promotions and marketing efforts, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and necessary paperwork.
  • Oversee the customer service booth staff and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Report on marketing campaign results, traffic counts, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in property management or marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in property management industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Yardi property management software is an asset.
