Commercial Property Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Property Coordinator to join our team at Killam Apartment REIT. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for supporting our Commercial Property and Marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and develop marketing materials, campaigns, and loyalty programs to promote our properties and services.
- Plan and execute events, including holiday celebrations, sales promotions, and community events, to engage with our tenants and stakeholders.
- Manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses and providing regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with sponsors on marketing initiatives and develop relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Address tenant issues and manage leases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Assist tenants with promotions and marketing efforts, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including inspections and necessary paperwork.
- Oversee the customer service booth staff, ensuring excellent service and support.
- Report on marketing campaign results, traffic counts, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys to inform future marketing strategies.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in property management or marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer service skills and experience in property management industry.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
