Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking to take your career to the next level? A fast-growing building services consultancy based in Canada is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join their team as a design lead.

About the Role
  • This exciting opportunity will involve leading a team of engineers and designers on large-scale commercial and institutional building projects, with a focus on HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing mechanical systems, working closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • A strong understanding of Canadian building codes and standards, including ESC, CSA, IES, IEEE, NFPA, is essential for this role.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong background in design and project management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office tools is required, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
Compensation Package
