About Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for processing and managing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports with accuracy and efficiency.
  • You will utilize Yardi software to manage accounts payable functions, including vendor setup and payment processing.
  • You will reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • You will prepare and process electronic payments and check runs.
  • You will assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • You will maintain organized and accurate records of all AP transactions.

About You:

  • You have proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
  • You have proficiency in Yardi software.
  • You have strong understanding of AP processes, policies, and best practices.
  • You possess exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • You have the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in property management or construction industry is an asset.
