We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Technologist 1 to join our Technology Services Team at E-Comm 9-1-1. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our critical business and public safety applications.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain the performance of our technology systems, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to system performance, security, and availability.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Develop and maintain system scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the service desk and other technicians to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
- Participate in the planning and coordination of small projects, such as hardware upgrades and software deployments.
- Completion of a degree or diploma program in computer science or a related field, plus relevant experience.
- ITIL Foundation v3 or later accreditation preferred.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems in an Active Directory environment.
- Knowledge of best practices in technology service management, IT security, and data centers.
- Experience with Citrix and virtualization technologies.
- Meaningful work supporting public safety and first responders.
