About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Project Manager to lead complex software application implementations across Finance, Banking, Analytics, CRM, and Customer Portal systems. As a key member of our team, you will work with cross-company stakeholders to drive organizational change through a mix of internal development, configuration, and third-party provider activities.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Take the lead from a project planning and coordination perspective for the delivery of one or more larger team initiatives, working with Enterprise Systems teams on scope, third parties on delivery approach and phasing, and dependent Company teams on work inputs.
  2. Work with the Enterprise Systems team and third parties to compile work estimates and planning assumptions, socializing overall target milestones per initiative based on work estimates and assumptions.
  3. Identify and coordinate dependencies throughout the software implementation life cycle and track key project gates, including stakeholder, architectural, and security reviews, to completion.
  4. Work closely with third parties and project teams to ensure system readiness and effective alignment/co-ordination across teams for user acceptance testing and integration testing, refining the approach taken as Company increases agility through the various testing and project phases.
  5. Work with colleagues, key stakeholders, and third parties to actively remove any obstacles blocking progress and ensure initiatives and projects are tracking to schedule, escalating to team management or program management as appropriate.
  6. Proactively identify and manage delivery issues and risks in accordance with Company's risk management framework.
  7. Track progress against target completion dates of initiatives and projects using Jira and other tools, working with component teams and senior program management to resolve any issues impacting plans.
  8. Report on progress at the appropriate meetings (project-specific and company-wide) in accordance with Company's project management framework.
  9. Acquire a high-level understanding of the design, business logic, and conceptual architecture of the relevant enterprise software.
  10. Assist teams in breaking down and scheduling work activities.
  11. Support and track process improvements, including those that will improve project predictability.
  12. Provide guidance and assistance in resolving issues and removing roadblocks.
  13. Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
About You
  1. A degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, or other related field.
  2. Experience with 3+ years of project implementation in the Enterprise Applications domain and/or SaaS systems, including planning, monitoring, managing risks and issues, and reporting on project status.
  3. Experience of project delivery using Agile, Scrum, and hybrid development and implementation methodologies.
  4. Experience with driving initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders across organizations, including working with remote teams across multiple geographies.
  5. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
  6. Strong organizational, planning, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  7. Experience with either SaaS or data integration for enterprise systems.
  8. One or more agile/project management qualifications, such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2 Practitioner, Scrum Master, or SixSigma.
  9. Experience with data migration projects or activities.
  10. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Contract Price Quote, Netsuite Financials/HR, and/or Zone Billing is a plus.
