Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Paul's Pizza & Steakhouse. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Hire and manage food service staff.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns.
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced restaurant environment requires a supervisor who can work under pressure and maintain a high level of efficiency. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 staff members, including food and beverage servers, food service counter attendants, and kitchen helpers.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
