Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at STL Facilities Maintenance LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects on construction sites
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure workers are equipped with necessary skills
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on site
  • Recommend personnel actions to management
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction industry
  • Valid driver's licence
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and safety glasses/goggles
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
Work Environment:
