Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive project budgets and submit them to stakeholders for review and approval.
- Effectively manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure they meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project schedules and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Negotiate contractual agreements and revisions with vendors and subcontractors.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
